ASIAN BBQ POP CORN

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (for popping)

  • 1 tablespoon Flavor Bombé Asian BBQ seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for added texture)

Instructions:

  1. Pop the Popcorn:

    • In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

    • Add a few popcorn kernels to test the heat. Once they pop, add the remaining kernels and cover the pot.

    • Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat.

  2. Season the Popcorn:

    • Transfer the popped popcorn to a large mixing bowl.

    • While the popcorn is still warm, sprinkle the Flavor Bombé Asian BBQ seasoning, nutritional yeast (if using), sea salt, and sesame seeds over the popcorn.
